본 발명은 금속산화물 나노로드의 표면에 미세한 그래핀 또는 그래핀 응집체가 결착이 됨으로써, 금속산화물 나노로드의 가스에 대한 저항 변화 특성이 변조되는 것을 이용한 센서에 관한 것이다. 그래핀 또는 그래핀 응집체가 결착된 금속산화물 나노로드 복합체를 가스 센서에 적용함으로써, 우수한 감도 특성, 빠른 반응속도/회복속도, 선택성 및 낮은 구동 온도 특성을 제공한다.
