로다노박터 진세노시디뮤탄스 유래의 알파-Ｎ-아라비노퓨라노시다제 및 이의 용도Alpha-N-arabinofuranosidase From Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans And Use Thereof
본 발명은 로다노박터 진세노시디뮤탄스(Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans) 유래의 알파-Ｎ-아라비노퓨라노시다제 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 이 단백질은 진세노사이드의 α-1,6 아라비노퓨라노실 잔기를 선택적으로 가수분해하여 PPD(protopanaxadiol) 타입 또는 PPT(protopanaxatriol) 타입 진세노사이드 를 체내 흡수 가능한 탈글라이코실화된 희귀 진세노사이드로 전환하는 활성을 가진다.
