코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이, 코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이 제조방법 및 그 응용소자Core-Shell Nanowire Array, Manufacturing Method for the same, and application device using the same
코어-쉘 나노와이어가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이는, 기판과 평행한 형태의 나노와이어; 및 상기 나노와이어 상부에 코팅된 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면, 포토 리쏘그래피(Photo lithography)와 임프린트(imprint) 등과 같이, 기존의 모든 나노 스케일이 가능한 리쏘그래피(Lithography)를 이용하여 나노와이어 어레이 구조를 형성한 후 코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이 구조를 형성할 수 있다.
