소수성을 갖는 식품 포장재의 제조방법 및 그에 사용되는 몰드Food packing material having hydrophobicity, manufacturing method and mold thereof
본 발명은 (a) 다수의 홈이 형성된 몰드를 준비하는 단계; 및 (b) 식품 포장재에 상기 몰드를 가압함으로써, 상기 식품 포장재의 일면에 상기 홈에 대응되는 다수의 기둥체를 형성하는 단계; 를 포함하는 소수성을 갖는 식품 포장재의 제조방법 및 그에 사용되는 몰드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 소수성을 가짐으로써 묻는 내용물의 양을 최소화할 수 있는 식품 포장재의 제조방법 및 그에 사용되는 몰드를 제공할 수 있다.
