유기 드라이 젯 프린팅 헤드 및 이를 이용한 프린팅 장치 및 방법Organic dry jet printing head, and printing device and method using the same
본 발명에 따른 유기 드라이 젯 프린팅 헤드 및 이를 이용한 프린팅 장치 및 방법은, 개폐 밸브 및 이를 제어하는 제어 유닛을 이용하여, 패턴을 형성하는 구간에서, 밸브를 규칙적으로 반복 개폐시키면서, 짧은 고속 젯의 반복 분사 방식으로 유기 박막을 구성하여 패턴을 형성할 수 있도록 구성됨으로써 상압 조건에서 패턴 인쇄 공정이 가능하고, 기판의 대면적화 및 고정세 패턴의 인쇄가 가능하여, 유기 전자 디바이스의 제조의 생산성 및 경제성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
