| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 간섭 신호의 고조파 성분분석을 이용한 가속도계의 위상 감도 평가 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가속도계가 초기 진동 위상을 가지고 정현 운동하는 경우 단일 광검출기를 이용하여 얻은 간섭 신호를 해석함으로써 가속도계의 위상 지연을 결정할 수 있는 가속도계의 위상 감도 평가 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 고정거울 및 가속도계로부터 반사된 신호들로부터 생성된 시간 영역 간섭 신호를 단일 광검출기로 획득하는 단계; 푸리에 변환을 이용하여 상기 시간 영역 간섭 신호를 복수의 고조파 신호를 포함하는 주파수 영역 간섭 신호로 변환하는 단계; 및 상기 주파수 영역 간섭 신호에 포함된 상기 가속도계의 진동 변위에 대한 초기 위상을 이용하여 상기 가속도계의 위상 감도를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 신호의 고조파 성분분석을 이용한 가속도계의 위상 감도 평가 방법을 제공한다. | - |
