복합형 태양 전지의 제조 방법Formation Method of Hybrid Solar Cell
본 발명에서는, 2개 이상의 잉크젯 헤드를 가지는 잉크젯 장치에 의해서, 두 종류의 반응할 수 있는 잉크 용액을 각각의 잉크젯 헤드를 통하여 일정량 방출함으로써, 기판 위에서 일정한 규칙을 가지는 패턴 막을 제조하고, 이를 이용하여 태양전지를 제조할 수 있다.
