산충격을 이용한 젤다나마이신의 제조방법Process for Preparing Geldanamycin Using Acidic pH Shock
본 발명은 스트렙토마이시스 하이그로스코피쿠스(Streptomyces hygroscopicus)를 배양하면서, 배양물에 산충격을 가함으로써 젤다나마이신의 생산성을 향상시키는 공정을 포함하는, 젤다나마이신의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 젤다나마이신을 높은 생산성으로 제조할 수 있으므로, 젤다나마이신을 이용한 각종 질병의 경제적인 치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
