저전압 강하 레귤레이터LOW VOLTAGE DROP OUT REGULATOR
본 발명에 따른 저전압 강하 레귤레이터는 출력부하를 구동하기 위한 출력전류를 공급하는 패스 트랜지스터를 포함하는 출력부 및 상기 패스 트랜지스터의 동작영역에 따라 피드백 루프 이득을 제어하여 상기 출력부하에 인가되는 출력전압을 일정하게 하는 가변 이득 증폭부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 저전압강하 레귤레이터의 출력의 정확성과 과도(transient) 특성이 향상되는 등의 효과가 있다.
