| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 디스플레이 구동 장치에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 평판 디스플레이용 드라이버 집적회로에서 디스플레이 구동 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 구동 장치는 출력 구동용 버퍼앰프에 사용되는 전원전압보다 감소된 입력전압을 입력받아 기준전압을 생성하고, M(M은 양의 정수)비트의 데이터 신호에 대응하는 기준전압을 선택하는 디지털/아날로그 변환부 및 디지털/아날로그 변환부에서 선택된 기준전압을 증폭하는 증폭부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 디스플레이 구동 장치는 낮은 레벨의 전압으로 구동됨으로서, 회로의 면적 및 전력 소모를 최소화 시킬 수 있다.평판 디스플레이(Flat Panel Display : FPD), 디지털/아날로그 변환기(Digital To Analog Convertor), 레벨 쉬프터(Level Shifter), 기준 전압원 | - |
