| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 연료 전지용 분리판 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따라 연료전지용 분리판은 복합재료층-금속박막층-복합재료층의 샌드위치 구조로 이루어진다. 복합재료층은 탄소섬유강화 복합재료로 형성된다. 탄소섬유강화 복합재료의 기지(matrix)의 내부와 표면에는 탄소 분말, 탄소 나노 튜브 또는 104 S/m 이상의 전기전도도를 가지는 금속 분말을 첨가하여 전기전도도를 향상시킨다. 복합재료층은 탄소 단섬유와 고분자 기지가 혼합되어 형성될 수 있다. 고분자 기지는 에폭시 수지, 폴리에스터 수지, 페놀 수지 중 어느 하나로 형성되거나, 에폭시 수지, 폴리에스터 수지, 페놀 수지가 혼합되어 형성된다. | - |
