| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 연속적 입자 분류기에 관한 것으로서, 기계적 기둥 구조물을 전기장에 의하여 생성된 음의 유전영동력에 의한 가상기둥으로 대체함으로써, 주입된 입자들이 기계적 구조물에 유착되어 유로를 막는 현상을 제거할 수 있으며, 음의 유전영동력에 의한 가상기둥 크기는 인가하는 전압, 주파수, 전극의 크기, 유전 영동 특성에 따라 조절가능하므로, 분리되는 입자의 크기 및 종류를 조절하는 것이 용이하고, 입자가 분리되는 수율, 분리 해상력 등을 유지할 수 있는 연속적 입자 분류기를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 그 기술적 구성은 본 발명은 기판에 일정 전위를 형성하도록 격자 배열되어 입자 분류를 위해 음의 유전영동에 의한 가상기둥을 형성하는 미소 전극; 상기 기판 상의 유로층에 상기 미소 전극을 통과하는 유동 방향에 수직하도록 형성 및 배열된 미소 전극을 통과하도록 그루브 형상으로 형성된 유로; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
