본 발명은 종래의 연료전지에 비해 수분의 제거 효율이 높아서 연료전지 자체의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 수분제거 구조를 가지는 고분자 전해질 연료전지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 종래와는 달리 진동 및 음향에 의해 수분을 제거하며 이로써 전기화학반응을 활성화시키는 진동 발생 장치와, 상기 진동 발생 장치를 구비함으로써 보다 컴팩트화되고 효율적인 수분제거 구조를 가지는 고분자 전해질 연료전지를 제공함에 있다.
