유전영동 방법에 따른 난자 선별을 위한 칩 및 난자 선별방법Chip and Method for Dielectrophoretic (DEP) Selection of Oocytes
본 발명은 유전영동(DEP; dielectrophoresis) 원리를 이용한 난자의 선별에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 균일하지 않은 전기장 내부에서 교류 전압을 이용하여 세포 등을 조작하는 기술인 유전영동에 사용되는 전극기판을 포함하는 난자 선별용 칩 및 상기 난자 선별용 칩을 이용하여 건강한 난자와 그렇지 않은 난자를 선별하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 난자 선별 (Oocyte Selection), 체외 수정 (In Vitro Fertilization), 유전영동 (Dielectrophoresis).
