| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 투명 유리를 이용한 레이저 미세 가공 장치에 관한 것으로서, 레이저 빔을 발진하는 레이저 장치, 레이저 장치로부터 발진된 레이저 빔을 작업 대상물 상에 집속하기 위한 집속 렌즈, 집속 렌즈와 작업 대상물 사이에 삽입 가능한 복수의 투명 유리, 복수의 투명 유리를 세척하기 위한 세척 장치, 및 복수의 투명 유리를 장착하고, 복수의 투명 유리 각각을 집속 렌즈와 작업 대상물 사이의 위치와 세척 장치가 복수의 투명 유리를 세척할 수 있는 위치 사이에서 레이저 빔의 방향과 수직인 면 상에서 이동시킬 수 있는 회전체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 유리를 이용한 레이저 미세 가공 장치를 제공한다. | - |
