| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 휴대폰 카메라의 렌즈 모듈 등 소형 광학계의 렌즈 어셈블리를 조립하는 공정 중에 렌즈가 광축에 대하여 기울어진 각도를 측정할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 렌즈 어셈블리의 광축을 따라 경통에 삽입된 적어도 하나의 렌즈로 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 광원; 적어도 하나의 렌즈를 통과한 레이저를 집광하는 CCD 렌즈; CCD 렌즈에 의해 집광된 레이저의 영상을 촬상하는 CCD; 및 CCD에 의해 촬상된 영상에 기초하여 렌즈가 렌즈 어셈블리의 광축으로부터 기울어진 각도를 측정하는 계산 수단;을 포함하는 렌즈 어셈블리의 정렬 측정 장치를 제공한다. | - |
