본 발명은 적어도 2가지의 다른 직경을 가지는 무기물 입자들이 고분자 용액에 분산되어 있는 초소수성 코팅 조성물을 기판의 표면에 전기방사하여 무기물 입자/고분자 복합나노섬유를 형성하는 단계; 상기 복합나노섬유로부터 고분자를 제거하는 단계; 및 고분자가 제거된 상기 나노섬유를 플루오로계 자기조립 단분자막으로 표면처리하는 단계를 포함하는 초소수성 코팅층의 형성방법 및 코팅필름을 제공한다.
