| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에서 사용되는 고주파 회로용 변압기에 관한 것으로서, 집적 회로에 사용되는 나선형 변압기를 형성함에 있어, 변압기를 형성하고 있는 제 1의 1차측의 양쪽으로 2차측이 위치하도록 2차측을 두 번 감아 변압기를 형성하고, 제 2의 1차측은 상기 변압기의 최 외곽에 위치 시켜, 복수개의 1차측을 갖는 변압기를 형성하고, 이를 복수개의 부하 임피던스가 필요한 무선 통신 시스템용 전력 증폭기의 정합 회로의 일부로 사용함으로써, 전력 증폭기의 효율을 개선시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
