| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 신호의 위상을 변화시키는 위상 변위기에 관한 것으로서, 캐스코드로 형성된 복수개의 스위치를 이용하고, 상기 각 스위치의 입력단자는 인덕턴스 소자를 매개로 캐스캐이드(Cascade)로 연결되며, 각 스위치에 기인한 기생 캐패시턴스 성분과 인덕턴스 소자는 분포형 전송선을 형성하여 시간지연 회로로 이용 되도록 하고, 각 스위치를 온-오프 시켜, 각 스위치의 출력 단자를 통하여 출력 신호가 나타나게 함으로써, 삽입 이득을 가짐과 동시에 적은 면적을 차지하고 광대역 신호의 위상을 디지털적으로 제어할 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
