사진현상형 하이브리드 재료를 이용한 미세광학소자의제작방법Fabrication method of micro-optical elements usingphotoimageable hybrid materials
본 발명은 기판상에 중합이 가능한 유기 관능기를 함유하는 올리고실록산(oligosiloxane)과, 중합체 형성이 가능한 광감응성 단위체 (photoactive monomer) 또는/및 광조사시 이분자체 형성에 의해 중합을 개시하는 광화학 개시 단위체 (photochemical initiator monomer)를 함유하는 사진현상형 하이브리드 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 사진현상형 하이브리드 코팅층에 광을 조사하여 원하는 형태의 구조를 갖는 미세광학소자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세광학소자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
