dc.description.abstractGraphene/SWCNTs junction is an important building block for high performance carbon-based electronics. While there have been several studies on the graphene/SWCNT junction proper-ties, their focus were on the fabrication and demonstration. In the letter, we present the experi-mental investigation on contact resistance of graphene/single-walled carbon nanotube junction us-ing transfer length method with the simple equivalent circuit model. We find that the contact re-sistance in graphene/SWCNT junction significantly affects device performance, and largely gate dependent behavior. The transfer characteristics indicate that the p-n like junction are formed in graphene/single-walled carbon nanotube junction. In addition, the contact resistance depends sig-nificantly on the contact length, even in micrometer regime.-
