BaTiO3/Epoxy resin composites were investigated as dielectric materials for high energy density capacitors. The BaTiO3/Epoxy resin composites were presented by an Ice-templating method, the effective dielectric permittivity of composite was increased with the particle alignment through the templating method. The dielectric permittivity was doubled compared with conventionally prepared composites, maintaining low dielectric loss. The microstructure of the composites and the effect of barium titanate fraction in composites on the dielectric properties were characterized.
