dc.description.abstractTo provide a better user experience, we have to consider type of device and place. It means that the contents should have capabilities to be converted into several types. In this paper, we suggest a scheme to provide still-cut images from the moving images without user's or contents provider's effort. We also show you how to adapt the scheme to the web through demonstration.-
