A study on providing open IPTV in next generation network service platform

Abstract

This document discusses on the network service platforms and proposes architecture for Open IPTV service platform in NGN environment. Open IPTV, which provides variety of contents and data with form of openness through its value-chain, requires flexible choice on network assets. In the proposed architecture, to meet its special feature, we separate service creation environment from the NGN.
