A Study of Multiple Image Acquisition on Stripmap SAR for Wide Beam Antenna and High Squint Case

Abstract

This paper introduces the theoretical explanation of verifying the multiple image acquisition method on Stripmap SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar). This technique is needed for generating video images when wide beam antenna and high squint conditions are satisfied. It also explains why wide beam antenna and high squint case conditions are required. Furthermore, we show the simulation results using the hypothetical static point target to prove the proposed technique.
