1 x 4 thermo-optic switch based on four-branch waveguide
A 1 x 4 thermo-optic switch based on the four-branch waveguide has been designed and fabricated for the first time. The fabricated device has a crosstalk of -14dB or less, and its switching power is similar to 1 W.
