효모의 5.8S rRNA/26S rRNA 복합체와 E. coli의 EL24 리보솜 단백질과의 상호작용Interaction of 5.8S rRNA/26S rRNA Complex of Yeast with a Ribosomal Protein EL24 of Escherichia coli
우리는 Escherichia coli의 리보솜 단백질 EL24가 시험관에서의 효모의 5.8S rRNA/26S rRNA 복합체 형성에 관여하며, 그 복합체와 결함되어 있다는 것을 예비적으로 관찰하였기에 보고하고자 한다. 이러한 관찰에서 우리는 효모 세포에는 리보솜의 자기조립을 개시하는 EL24의 상동단백질이 보존되어 있을 것으로 추정된다.
