탄소섬유 에폭시 복합재료의 절삭(밀링)특성Cutting(Milling) Characteristics of Carbon Fiber/Epoxy Composites
본 연구에서는 수직 밀링에서 탄소섬유 에폭시 복합재료를 절삭할 경우 절삭 조건에 따른 공구마멸 형태를 조사하였으며, 여유면 마멸량을 측정하여 Taylor 지수를 구하였다. 또한 절삭조건 및 측정 방향에 따른 표면거칠기를 조사하여 탄소섬유 에 폭시 복합재료의 가공특성을 조사하였다.
