(A) cutoff priority queue with reneging

Abstract

In this thesis, we dealt with a two priorities cutoff queue. We assumed that each priority has its own queue and all the probability distributions, which characterize the model, are negative exponential and independent each other. Under this assumption, we make a method to solve the steady state probabilities. An we derive some useful parameters from these steady state probabilities. And we propose an example of application to cellular radio communication.
