This thesis presents overviews of both an enterprise modeling and quality performance analysis used to perform a number of successful Business Process Reengineering (BPR) effects. This thesis presents a new framework methodology designed to optimally decompose activities in order to reduce the overall business process cycle time. Lead-time shorting reduces the amount of resources requested by a BPR model development and design analysis, and lowers its maintenance cost. The framework presented in this thesis can be supports the analysis of activities and information flows within the scope of manufacturing application in BPR. The BPR is also emphasized at inter-activity information flow delay as a major source of processing error and excessive delays in business process completion time. However, there has not been any systematic methodology available to determine the optimal rebuilding of information intensive activities. The objective of this dissertation is to present an analysis model to decide which activities need to be scheduled, and then to measure the cost and time constrains in scheduling. This is to coordinate information flow for activities, enhance requirement reconfigurability, and to minimize errors and the unplanned evolution of activities in BPR project executions. A model decomposition method facilitates the understanding of situation of a BPR project, development of functional process model and alternative informational process models. The systemic interrelationships among these activities are modeled with their information flows (or arrows). Decomposing the business processes into sub-processes can reduce the sizes of the working business groups and can have a dramatic impact on their performance. The purpose of the approach proposed in this thesis is to connect the IDEF0 methods and decision linear model extending their scope in process graph. A quantitative analysis and performance measurement framework along with a methodology is presente...eng
