본 발명에 따르면, 접촉 대전 발전기에 있어서, 다공성 구조체를 이용하여 금속층과의 접촉면을 증가시킴과 동시에 스펀지와 같은 유연한 폴리머를 이용함으로써 고내습, 고내구성 및 초소수성 특징으로 인한 습한 환경과 강한 물리력에도 높은 내구성을 가질 수 있으며, 이와 동시에 다공성 구조체의 표면적을 증가시킴으로써 발전 효율을 높일 수 있다.
