지질 축적량이 향상된 변이 균주High lipid producing Trichosporon oleaginosus mutant
화학적 돌연변이에 의해 유도된, 휘발성 지방산을 단일 탄소원으로 배양하였을 때 지질 축적량이 향상된 신규 변이 균주인 기탁번호 KCTC 13250BP로 기탁된 트리코스포론 올레아기노수스(Trichosporon oleaginosus)에 관한 것으로, 상기 변이 균주는, 음식물 쓰레기와 같이 종래 유기성 폐자원으로 분리되는 휘발성 지방산을 효과적으로 활용하여 지질의 생산 효율을 획기적으로 증가시킬 수 있어 바이오 디젤 생산 효율 향상에 이바지할 수 있다.
