바나듐 탄화물 나노와이어 및 그 제조 방법Vanadium Carbide Nanowire and Preparing Method thereof
탄소직물(carbon cloth)에 형성되어 있는 바나듐 탄화물 나노와이어(nanowire)가 제공된다. 바나듐 탄화물 나노와이어는 손쉬운 수열합성법으로 합성될 수 있으며, 수소 분위기에서 어닐링될 수 있다. 바나듐 탄화물 나노와이어는 리튬이온 배터리 또는 소듐이온 배터리에서 양극활물질로 이용될 수 있으며, 장시간 사용에도 우수한 용량 안정성을 나타낼 수 있으며, 양이온에 의한 부피변화에도 높은 완화능력을 나타낼 수 있다.
