| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 작은 지질 나노 입자와, 이를 포함하는 작은 지질 나노 입자-기반 나노백신 플랫폼(small lipid nanoparticle (SLNP)-based nanovaccine platform) 및 면역관문 억제제와의 병용 치료 요법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 지질 나노 입자는 항원과 음이온성 약물을 세포 내로 용이하게 전달할 수 있고, 종양-연관 항원을 탑재하는 경우에는 강력한 항종양 효력을 나타낸다. 특히 본 발명의 지질 나노 입자를 제1차 백신 조성물로 포함하고, 지질 나노 입자와 면역관문 억제제를 제2차 백신 조성물로 포함하는 본 발명의 암백신 키트를 이용하면 암 나노 백신에 대한 면역억제 발생에 의한 종양의 재성장 및 재발을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다. | - |
