The present invention relates to: a flexible carbon pocket composite structure comprising functional particles which are included in a flexible carbon pocket formed by carbonaceous sheets; a method for manufacturing the flexible carbon pocket composite structure, by which the flexible carbon pocket composite structures can be mass-produced at a very high rate; an electrode comprising the flexiblecarbon pocket composite structure; and an energy storage device comprising the electrode.
