일 실시 예에 따르면 마이크로 스케일 시편은, 고정부; 상기 고정부의 양측에 각각 배치되며, 동일한 방향으로 연장되는 날개부; 및 상기 고정부로부터 상기 날개부가 연장된 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 섬 구조체를 포함하는 바디를 포함하고, 상기 바디 상에는 마이크로 스케일의 실험 대상이 되는 구조물이 배치될 수 있다.
