본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 플라즈마 장치는 진공 챔버; 상기 진공 챔버 내에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 선형 도선; 상기 선형 도선에 직류 전류를 제공하는 직류 전원; 및 상기 선형 도선을 감싸도록 배치되어 상기 선형 도선의 전류의 방향에 반대 방향으로 전자를 방출하는 적어도 하나의 코어 필라멘트를 포함한다.
