dc.description.abstractQuantum materials have been attracting intensively interest for utilizing in display light emitting materials and photovoltaics materials because of its unique property from band gap engineering with size and composition control. Specifically, they have been spotlighted for display materials due to tunable emission range from band gap control. Blue emitting quantum materials have merits for lifetime and emission wavelength compared to conventional light emitting materials. In this thesis, we study enhancement of optical and electrical properties of blue emitting quantum materials. Specifically, development of synthesis condition for enhancing optical property and p-type doping for improving electrical property. Finally, we figure out feasibility of display application for blue emitting quantum materials.-
