예측 자동 회귀 기반 실시간 기업정보시스템 사용자 이상행위 탐지 시스템 및 방법이 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 수행되는 예측 자동 회귀 기반 실시간 기업정보시스템 사용자 이상행위 탐지 방법은, 기업정보시스템에서 연속된 2개의 세션 이벤트를 사용하여 현재 이벤트 및 미래 이벤트로 사용하는 단계; 상기 현재 이벤트를 예측 자동 회귀 모델(Predictive Auto-regression Model, PAM)에 입력하여 미래 이벤트를 예측하여 예측 결과를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 예측 결과와 실제 상기 미래 이벤트를 비교하여 실시간으로 사용자 이상행위를 판단하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
