Self-powered flexible displays that are integrated with flexible power sources are potent bilateral communication tools in the hyperconnected era. Among various flexible power sources, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have been highlighted due to their lightweight and easy fabrication. However, although the output performance of TENGs has been improved, significant issues such as device stability and environmental damage still remain. Here, we present a self-powered flexible RGB mini-LED (mLED) display via dielectric-Tuned hybrimer (DTH) TENG (DTTENG). The dielectric constant of the DTH was 140% improved by molecular structure modification, which enhanced an output the DTTENG. Furthermore, the DTTENG was durable during long-Term operation due to high thermal and mechanical stability of the DTH. Finally, we demonstrated a self-powered flexible RGB mLED display by embedding a PM circuit and blue mLED arrays in the DTTENG, sequentially applying a red/green quantum dot (QD)-hybrimer to the arrays for color conversion. ©
