A current reused CMOS RF-DAC with complementary current control, quadrature LO chain, and adaptive body injection mixer is presented in 0.18-mu m bulk CMOS process. The complementary current control leads to achieve good linearity by reducing the variation of output impedance. The proposed quadrature LO chain can achieve accurate signals in a wideband with constant amplitude and exact phase. The body injection mixer is implemented with simple high-k resistor. It is measured with 5 and 5.3 GHz continuous-wave (CW) signal, respectively. The measured constellation has 1024 points with constant current consumption of 73 mA.
