Development of high-performance gas sensor using p-type high-resolution CuO nanopattern/noble metal nanocomposites고해상도 p-형 구리산화물 나노패턴/촉매입자 나노복합재를 이용한 고성능 가스 센서 개발에 관한 연구
Since the sensing technology combines the communication function in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the sensor market has been growing rapidly as it has been widely used in many application fields such as industries, health care and home. As the one of leading technology, the high-performance gas sensors have been developed with advanced nanotechnology. Especially, metal oxide semiconductor based chemiresistors have been attracted due to its easy fabrication, miniaturization and possibility of easily combining in the devices as candidates for IoT sensor. In this thesis, ultra-sensitive gas sensors have been developed by unique morphology of high-resolution p-type CuO nanopattern and electronic/chemical sensitization of noble metal nanoparticles.
