The high - altitude defense missile is the precision guided munition responsible for the middle class of the missile defense system. A tilted seeker and Divert and Attitude Control System are applied to intercept the fast approaching ballistic missiles from high altitude to direct attack. In this paper, we propose a proportional navigation method to maintain the target in the FOV of the tilted seeker and takes into account the acceleration command of the DACS in the vertical direction of the KV’s body frame. Also, we compare the performance with the proportional navigation, analyze the performance of the proposed guidance law in various scenarios.
