RF 밀리미터파 대역의 신호 크기 및 위상을 캘리브레이션하기 위한 다중 안테나 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신호 캘리브레이션 장치는 안테나를 통해 수신되는 수신 신호를 캘리브레이션(calibration)하기 위한 직접 디지털 합성기(direct digital synthesis); 레퍼런스 신호와 상기 직접 디지털 합성기의 출력 신호에 기초하여 캘리브레이션 신호를 출력하는 쿼드러쳐 믹서(quadrature mixer); 및 상기 수신 신호와 상기 캘리브레이션 신호를 믹싱하여 상기 수신 신호를 캘리브레이션하는 믹서를 포함한다.
