| dc.description.abstract | 최근 인공지능 및 딥러닝을 이용한 정보처리 기술들이 우리 삶 곳곳에 깊이 관여하게 됨에 따라, 가치판단과 의사 결정이 매우 중요한 국방 분야에서도 고품질의 정보를 신속, 정확하게 전파하기 위해 딥러닝 기술을 접목하고 있다. 하지만 딥러닝 기술의 적용이 늘어남에 따라 모델이 잘못된 판단을 내리도록 악의적으로 유도하는 적대적 공격으로부터 많은 취약점이 노출되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국방 감시정찰체계의 영상정보를 다루는 딥러닝 모델을 대상으로 하는 적대적 공격들과 해당공격에 대한 방어 기술 전략들을 목적 및 특징에 따라 분류하고 전 세계 최신 연구 동향에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 진행 중인 첨단 연구들의 중요성, 주요 쟁점, 연구개발 동향들을 파악함으로써 영상정보 분야의 적대적 공격 및 방어 연구자들뿐 아니라 컴퓨터 보안과 음성 및 텍스트 등 다른 모든 국방 분야에 접목해 한발 앞서 예방할 수 있는 새로운 연구를 촉진 및 활성화할 수 있다. 마지막으로 모자이크 전쟁과 같은 미래전 양상에 맞추어, 분석한 적대적 공격 및 방어전략들을 전장 상황에 따라 창의적으로 연결 및 조합하는 맞춤형 방어전략으로서의 적용 방안을 제시한다. | - |
