The present invention relates to a lithium-sulfur battery separation film having a composite coating layer including polydopamine, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a lithium-sulfur battery for suppressing elution of lithium polysulfide by applying a composite coating layer including polydopamine and a conductive material to one surface of a separation film. The lithium-sulfur battery according to the present invention prevents elution and diffusion by adsorbing, through a porous structure of the polydopamine, the lithium polysulfide eluted from a cathode, and alsoprovides a reaction site of a cathode active material by providing additional electrical conductivity, thereby improving capacity and lifespan characteristics of the battery.
