일 실시 예에 따른 원자력 발전소 시스템은, 격납벽; 상기 격납벽 내부에 배치되는 원자로 용기; 상기 원자로 용기에 연결되고 상기 원자로 용기에서 발생하는 열을 흡수하고 증기를 배출하는 증기 발생기; 상기 격납벽의 내부에 설치되어 상기 증기의 분압을 감소시키고, 주위의 방사성 물질을 흡착하는 실리카 겔 입자를 구비하는 입자 베드를 포함할 수 있다.
