광 발광성 탄소 집합체 및 이의 제조방법Photoluminescent Carbon Nano-structure and Fabrication Method Thereof
본 발명의 탄소 집합체는 탄소 닷을 포함하며, 자외선을 흡수하여 백색광을 발생하는 광 발광특성을 갖는다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄소 집합체는 서브 나노미터 오더(sub-nm order) 내지 나노미터 오더(nm order)의 미세하고 극히 균일한 크기를 가지면서도, 서로 상이한 광 발광 특성을 가져, 백색광을 발생할 수 있다.
