dc.description.abstract | Inorganic-based micro light-emitting diodes (μLEDs) have been considered to substitute the conventional displays, because of their outstanding properties. The μLED applications are widely extending to various fields, such as augmented reality (AR), smart and biomedical devices. Furthermore, flexible μLEDs have been extensively investigated by several researchers for user-friendly optoelectronics. However, the μLEDs stability in harsh environments were not significantly investigated yet. Here, we realized wearable μLEDs using simple and rapid μLED fabrication process. Flexible μLEDs have excellent mechanical, thermal, humid, and photo stability in various environmental conditions. Finally, wearable μLED array was achieved on a general cloth. | - |
