폐커피를 이용한 이종원소 도핑 탄소소재의 제조방법 및 전극물질로의 적용Method of Preparing Heteroatom-Doped Carbon Materials Using Spent Coffee Grounds and Application of Electrode Materials Thereof
본 발명은 생활 폐기물인 일반 커피 찌꺼기에서부터 지질이나 바이오디젤(biodiesel)을 추출한 커피 찌꺼기에 이르기까지 다양한 폐커피(spent coffee grounds) 원료를 활성화 처리를 통해 질소가 도핑된 탄소소재를 제조하거나, 여기에 붕소 전구체를 도핑하여 높은 비표면적을 가지며 붕소와 질소가 동시에 도핑된 탄소소재를 제조하여 연료전지, 슈퍼커패시터 또는 레독스 흐름전지의 전극물질로 사용될 수 있는 폐커피를 이용한 이종원소 도핑 탄소소재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
